COOLING OFF PERIOD
In line with European legislation, we offer a cooling off period to our European customers. You retain the right to cancel your order, so long as you return the goods within seven working days following the date of delivery.
If you need to return an item, and you have already created an account with us, you should login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The following conditions apply:
1. You must inform us without delay, either via your online account with us, or in writing by sending us an email to via the 'contact us' page.
Make sure you state your name, address, landline phone number, and the reference number provided in the email confirming your order, which will also be listed on your receipt.
2. You must wait for us to confirm the address to which the returned goods should be sent.
3. Your order must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
4. Your order must be returned within 7 working days after the delivery date.
5. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. This cost is non-refundable.
The following procedure must be carefully followed:
i. Carefully place your order in the original packaging.
ii. Enclose a copy of your original receipt, with your name, address, landline phone number, email address, and your reference number, and tape the package securely.
iii. Send the package to the address we supply.
We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service.
N.B. You must ensure that we receive your returned order within seven working days after the delivery date.
If we receive your order back within the time limit specified and in perfect condition, we will arrange to refund the cost of your order, within 30 days of receiving your returned order. If we do not receive the goods back from you, together with a copy of your original receipt, we may arrange for collection of the goods from your home at your cost. Customs and import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are all non-refundable.
DAMAGED GOODS
Your order will be sent out from us in perfect condition. You will therefore need to be able to demonstrate that any damage to the goods occurred solely whilst in transit from One Small Speck to your delivery address, in order for you to be entitled to a replacement order.
We will be happy to send you a replacement order for damaged goods, but we regret that we cannot give refunds for damaged goods.
You will initially be responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping.

In the unlikely event that an order is damaged in transit, you must follow the following procedure:

First of all, you must inform us without delay, either via your online account with us, or in writing by sending an email to us via the 'contact us' page, explaining fully the nature of the damage. You must wait to obtain agreement from us as to whether your order can be returned, and for us to confirm the address to which the damaged goods should be sent.
2. If we agree that it is in order for you to return your order, wrap the goods securely, and ensure that you enclose:
a. The original packaging, and
b. A copy of your original receipt with your name, address, email address, landline phone number, and unique reference number.
We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service.
If, when we have inspected the returned goods, we agree that the damage to the goods occurred solely whilst in transit from One Small Speck to your delivery address, we will send you a replacement order and refund your return shipping cost.
